It's been a busy summer here at Nuni Toaster, so we wanted to give everyone a quick update on the exciting progress that has taken place during this final stretch of bringing the world's first tortilla toaster to market.
Earlier this summer, we rounded out an incredible pre-order campaign where people from literally all over the world put their names down to be the first to receive a tortilla toaster. You might have caught a glimpse of one of the most fun components of this pre-order push, a video feature produced by Business Insider that quickly went viral on Facebook, resulting in over 15 million views and an outpouring of interest in purchasing the Nuni Toaster. But that's not all–multiple media outlets covered the Nuni Toaster's progress as the pre-order window came to a close, including Mashable, Vivala, and Univision.
The resounding success of this campaign catapulted us into the manufacturing phase at the end of June. We submitted our final order quantity for the first ever complete production run of the Nuni Toaster in early July, and since then the factory has been working quickly and diligently to fulfill the high demand (see some photos from the factory floor below).
The pace of production is looking perfect for a timely delivery this fall, so it's time to buckle down and stay patient while the factory finishes manufacturing and prepares the units for shipment to the United States. We know the wait is one, but trust us, it will be worth it.
